At The Gate Clinic, the ancient wisdom of
acupuncture is used in conjunction with other natural therapies such as
detoxification,
diet and nutritional therapy,
iridology,
tissue salts,
Bach remedies and
homeopathy. This multi-disciplinary approach, blending Eastern and Western natural therapies, offers effective treatment for a wide range of conditions, seeking to rebalance the body's energies and restore health.
At The Gate Clinic, the ultimate goal is to determine an effective natural health care programme tailored to the individual needs of the patient. A treatment may involve a combination of therapies depending on the patient's needs, though acupuncture is usually the core treatment tool.

Fiona O'Farrell is a fully qualified acupuncturist and naturopath, working from her clinic in peaceful Greystones, Co. Wicklow.
